Please read these terms carefully before engaging my services. By working with me, you agree to these terms.

By commissioning or engaging services from Suhel Alase ("the Editor"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any service engagement.
Services offered include video editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, logo animation, SaaS product walkthroughs, social media content creation, and related post-production work. The exact scope will be agreed upon in writing before any project begins.
All projects begin only after written confirmation of project details, delivery timeline, and an agreed payment structure. A project brief or scope document must be approved by both parties before any work commences.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final file delivery. For long-term retainer agreements, payment schedules will be agreed upon in writing. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Revisions that fall outside the original scope (e.g., full restructure, new assets, changes in concept direction) may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted in a single consolidated list per round.
Delivery timelines are estimated at project initiation and are subject to timely receipt of all required assets from the Client (footage, audio, logos, scripts, etc.). Delays caused by incomplete or late delivery of assets by the Client are not the responsibility of the Editor. Rush delivery is available at an additional fee.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full commercial usage rights to the final delivered video. The Editor retains the right to display the work in a portfolio and on social media unless confidentiality is requested in writing. Raw project files and source assets remain the property of the Editor unless otherwise agreed and compensated separately.
The Client is responsible for ensuring they own or have the right to use all footage, music, images, and other materials supplied. The Editor is not liable for copyright infringement arising from Client-provided materials.
Any proprietary information, unreleased products, or sensitive business information shared by the Client will be treated with strict confidentiality and not disclosed to third parties.
The Editor's liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. The Editor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the Client terminates after work has commenced, any payments made are non-refundable and the Client will be invoiced for any work completed beyond what the deposit covers. If the Editor terminates, the Client will receive a refund proportional to incomplete work.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
